Bookings
A camper's spot is reserved once payment is confirmed through our checkout. Confirmation emails include the welcome packet, health forms, and packing lists.
Changes & cancellations
Session switches are free up to two weeks before Opening Day. Full refunds minus a $50 deposit are available up to one month before your session; after that, bookings convert to camp credit.
Health & safety
Health forms and immunization records are due June 1. Campers with fevers or contagious illness should stay home; missed days convert to camp credit with a doctor's note.
Conduct
We expect kindness, inclusion, and care for shared spaces. Bullying or unsafe behavior may end a session early without refund, decided with parents and the director together.
Photos
Camp photographers document daily life; images may appear in galleries and marketing. Opt out any time via the family form or by emailing us.
